CFFC Board of Directors Meeting
Called to Order at 6:30 PM

Presidents Report
Website will be up and running on Dec 1. Dropship will be available on the website, but we are looking for embroidering companies.
Raffles:
Dennis Johnson reported BassPro Shop is willing to donate up to $2500, with the understanding that the club will institute a partnership with Science on the Fly and Adopt-A-Creek (Pond). The $2500 items will be spread over the course of 2-3 years.
Motion to adjourn at 7:16 PM by Bob Dewey, seconded by Dennis West. Meeting adjourned.
Banquet Update:
Meal orders will be ordered on November 3, with about 42 meals. Raffles and packages will be available for purchase.
50/50 raffle will be $10 buy in, and $10 increments after that. Drawing will be held in the middle of the party.
The card raffle is $20 per card. Five minutes before drawing, if they have purchased a card, they may purchase additional cards for $10/piece.
Tumbler tickets will be available for $20 for each strip of 6 tickets.
The card raffle will include the Wyndham Package, Wading Trip and Rod and Reel package. (if we don’t sell the whole deck of cards, we will pull the rod and reel.)
A full list of items, trips, etc. will be given to Tina ASAP for a roster for the banquet.
